Somewhere along the way, I forgot. Not forgot about  crystals exactly, but forgot the power of slowing down, listening, and letting myself be supported. The truth is… somewhere in the last couple of years, I think I gave up on myself. One small step is all it akes. And that’s hard to admit. Life has been heavy. Chaotic. Loud. And instead of working with  myself, I’ve been pushing, forcing, surviving. Working harder when what I really needed was to work smarter and softer on
