Root & Rising began as a blog — a place where I could finally have an outlet, share my experiences, and remind anyone reading that they are not alone. Writing became a way for me to connect, to be honest, and to create a space where people could feel seen and supported.

As I kept writing, I realized something important: the things that helped me feel grounded, comforted, and connected were things I wanted to offer to others too. Opening a shop on my website felt like the natural next step — a way to share the items, tools, and little comforts that had genuinely made a difference in my own life.

Some of the items in my shop are handmade by me in small batches, created slowly and intentionally so I can offer the best possible experience. Other items are sourced from reliable, trusted makers and suppliers who share the same values of quality, comfort, and care. But every single item — whether I make it or source it — is chosen with intention. Everything is meant to feel cozy, comforting, grounding, and supportive.
