Root & Rising was created from a desire to bring more comfort, connection, and meaning into everyday life.

I'm a woman who is still growing, learning, and working on myself, just like so many of the women who find their way here. I believe healing isn't a straight path, and none of us should feel we have to have everything figured out before we begin.

My hope is to create a welcoming space where women feel seen, heard, and supported as they find their way back to themselves. A place where you can explore what feels right for you, discover little moments of comfort, and remember that your needs, dreams, and happiness matter, too.
